Make a Donation in Honour of a Loved One
Celebrate the special people, pets and events in your life with a tribute gift to the Alberta SPCA. It’s a wonderful way to honour the memory of family members, friends and pets, and to mark special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and more.
When you make a tribute or memorial gift, the Alberta SPCA will acknowledge your contribution and notify the honouree (or other individuals you identify, such as next-of-kin or other family members). Simply provide us with the name and address on the form and we will do the rest.
How Your Donation Helps
We’re the only organization dedicated to enforcing Alberta’s animal protection laws—working in every corner of the province to prevent harm through education, advocacy and on-the-ground enforcement.
Animal Protection
Our peace officers investigate distress across the province and provide animal caregivers with information to properly care for their animals.
Pet Safekeeping
Provides safe shelter and compassionate care through our Pet Safekeeping Program for animals whose guardian is entering a shelter due to family violence.
Education programs
Develop educational resources for teachers promoting the humane treatment of animals.
